Patrick J. Gibbs
Attorney at Law
Lawyer in Roswell, Georgia
At the firm of attorney Patrick J. Gibbs, P.C. I have been in practice since 1976. Since 1992 I have focused my practice mainly on estate planning and probate matters. I take a comprehensive approach, examining how traditional estate planning tools such as wills and trusts can be integrated into an overall strategy that covers all of your assets, including non-probate property such as life insurance policies or retirement accounts.
Since dedicating my practice to estate planning, I have personally prepared more than 2,000 estates. I will help you understand all your options so that you can implement solutions that meet your specific needs.
I am a 1975 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps in the U.S. Army for four years before entering private practice. I am a member of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and have served on the Board of Directors of the North Fulton Bar Association. For 12 years, I wrote a column on legal issues for The North Georgia Star, a monthly newspaper distributed in counties north of Atlanta.
